The Cordillera countains the provences of British Columbia and the Yukon. in the searly 1900's B.C was the most important minings provences in all of Canada. B.C is part of the great plains but it gets too much rain and snow while other parts are dry. | ||||||||||||||||

B.C and the Yukon are made primarily of made up of mountain the formed sixty million years ago, by the cilliding continential plates. The Mountains are jagged with snow-capped tops, This is a beautiful area of Valleys, Plateaus and and trees. Forestry is a major resorse in this area, Providing pulp for the growing demand of paper. Fishing here is different from the fishing in the Atlantic region, the west coast has addaptid to it's fishers as the pacific region is still getting use to the fishing.
